Según las clases de asesoría de imagen que tuve el pasado julio, el estilo del traje de un hombre puede ser inglés o italiano debido a ciertos detalles. El "hombre italiano" vestiría sus pantalones con valenciana para lucir su calzado. Me encanta la idea de darles más protagonismo a los zapatos, asi que ¡a lucirlos se ha dicho!

According to last July image consulting classes, a man's suit style could be English or Italian due to some details. The "Italian man" would wear his trousers rolled up so he could show off his footwear. I love the idea of giving more importance to the shoes, so let's show them off!

Es curioso, pensé que con el tiempo cada vez me costaría menos mirar a cámara pero está resultando al contrario. Me recordó al estilo musical inglés en el que sus intérpretes miraban constantemente a sus pies en lugar de al público. Puede que, como a ellos, no me imponga la cámara en sí, sino quién esta detrás.

It's funny, I though as time goes by it would be easier to look at the lens but it turned out the other way around. It reminded me to the English type of music in which the singers looked at their feet instead to the public. Maybe, as happened to them, it's not the lens which inspire me respect but the person behind it.

Ha sido una semana de adquisiciones en la que los tickets de compra se acumulan de forma alarmante, pero miras hacia otro lado, hacia las adquisiciones, en concreto.Y llega un compañera y te invita a la fiesta de inauguración de una nueva tienda multimarca. "Ya está, no voy a llegar a fin de mes" piensas, pero ¿qué haces? empiezas a arrancar etiquetas y para allá que te vas. Total en 3 días empieza diciembre y hay que comprar los regalos de navidad, ¿no?

It's been a an acquisitions week in which the tickets star to accumulate in an alarming way, but you look in another direction, in the acquisitions' direction, indeed. And this mate invites you to the opening party of a new multi-brand store. "This is it, I'm not going to make ends meet" you think, but, what do you do? star ripping off labels and there you go. So, in 3 days starts December and Christmas presents must been bought, mustn't they?

EL viernes en clase de estilismo hablamos de colores. Nos contaron que el rojo se asocia a la pasión, al impulso e inlcuso a la violencia. Refleja a una persona segura de sí misma y comprobamos que es cierto. Pocos pueden llevar un total look en rojo con tanto estilo. Aneury: un 10 :)

In the style's class last Friday we talked about colours. We were told red is linked to passion, impulses and even to violence. It reflects a confident person and we can check it's actually true. Only a few can wear a red-total-look with such style. Aneury: perfect :)

Antes de nada disculparme por la ausencia. Aunque la razón de la misma ha sido buena, ya que estoy súper liada con clases por la mañana y por la tarde, no quiero que ello me haga descuidar mis posts.

Estoy encantada con mis clases de estilismo y de idiomas: cómo se valora levantarse cada mañana con ganas, ganas de verdad. Incluso llegé a sentir un poco de morriña de mi época colegial, no digo más ;)

Before anything else I want to apologize for my absence. Even though there's a good reason, since I'm very busy with my morning and evening classes, I don't want it to keep me away from my posts.

I'm delighted with my styling and language classes: I value waking up every morning willingly. I even felt "college-sickness" for my that years, I say no more ;)

Soy de las últimas en adaptar esta tendencia. Hace tiempo que durante el día se podían ver estrellas por la calle, especialmente en muñecas y codos. Pero yo me he rendido ante los vestidos vaporosos de estrellas y éste me tiene enamorada. De paso puede que pida algún deseo :)

I'm one of the last ones adopting this trend. It's been a while that stars can be seen during the day up and down the streets, especially in wrists and elbows. But I've surrendered to vaporous-star-dresses and this one drives me crazy.  In the meanwhile, maybe I make a wish :)

Intentando ordenar mis pensamientos sólo he conseguido enredarme más en ellos. Pensaba en el vestido, en su caída y en la tirada de fotos que hicimos para ver su vuelo. A pesar de la cantidad sólo algunas reflejan los detalles que normalmente se escapan al ojo humano.

Trying to collect my thoughts I've achieved nothing but getting more lost. I was thinking about the dress, its way to hang and the plenty of pics we did to see it. In spite of their quantity only a few reflect those details which usually pass up to the human eye.

No mentiré, me asombró que el combo H&M+Poete funcionase tan bien. Son estilos y formas de ver la moda muy diferentes, pero dejé las marcas a un lado y simplemente actué por instinto. ¡No podría estar más satisfecha con el resultado!

I won't lie, it surprised me how good did the combo between H&M and Poete work. They have different fashion points of view and styles, but I left their brands apart and simply acted on instinct. The result couldn't satisfy me more!

Me encanta como quedan estos pantalones baggy con  botines. Y el resultado que dan con la camisa blanca...simplemente perfecto. En cuanto al collar de la golondrina...fue amor a primera vista. Este look es la prueba de mi incapacidad para decir no a las compras, se suponía que sólo daba una vuelta ;)

I love the way this baggy pants look with these ankle boots. And the result with white shirt...just perfect. As to the swallow necklace..it was love at 1st sight. This outfit proves my inability to say no to shopping, I was supposed to be going for a walk ;)

Se dice que las niñas juegan con muñecas... tanto que su estética delicada es reina de las tendencias este otoño. Así que acorta la falda, sube el talle y usa accesorios naïve. He preferido los zapatos oxford masculinos a las típicas merceditas o bailarinas, son más YO.

Girls play with  dolls... so much that their delicate aesthetics is the trend queen this fall. So shorten the skirt up to the skim-waisted point and use naïve accessories. I've chosen the Oxford male shoes rather than the usual ballet pumps, they are more ME.

Durante estos días la vida me ha recordado la necesidad de contar con un plan B siempre: que no se puede estudiar este curso, se estudia el otro; que los planes se tuercen, se crean nuevos... renovarse o morir en su máxima expresión.

During these days life made me remember the need of always having a plan B: if I cannot study this course, I'll study the other one; if plans fall through, news are created... adapt or die to its maximun expression.

Me encanta el resultado de la camisa demin combinada con la falda negra de volantes. Los botines estilo cowboy con ribetes dorados me han solucionado muchos "dolores de cabeza" y son súper cómodos, así que les tengo un cariño especial.

I love the combination resulting from the demin shirt and the black flounce skirt. The cowboy ankle-boots with golden trimmings have solved me several "headaches" and are super comfy, so I have a special feeling for them.

September is ending... the 1st one out of several in which I've really enjoy free time. Though the best thing of this month has been the company. I'm going to miss it very much when I came back to my usual stress.

Si, me compré una camisa de hombre. Las pasarelas muestran hombres con falda y los entendidos apuntan hacia la moda unisex. ¿Qué opinais?

The tittle doesn't refer either to a possible robbery suffered by my boyfriend's closet, or to a feminised version of the plaid shirt. Yes, I bought a men's shirt. Runways show us men wearing skirts and experts point out towards the unisex fashion. What do you think?

Me compré la camiseta cuando, oficialmente, estaba de compras para otra persona. La verdad es que ni me la probé: sabía que la quería y buscaría la forma de combinarla. Esta mañana encontré esta flada, un regalo de navidad... voilá!

I bought this T-Shirt when I was, officially, buying for someone else. The truth is that I didn't even try it on: I knew I wanted it and I'd search the way to wear it. This morning I found this skirt, a Christmas present... voilá!

Parece mentira que hoy entremos oficialmente en el otoño. El tiempo está tan loco que una no sabe que ponerse...pero ante la duda elijo el little black dress. Los complementos en tonos empolvados dan un toque infantil que en encanta.

It's difficult to believe the fall stars today. The weather is so mad I don't know what to wear...but if there's any doubt I pick the little black dress. The powder shaded accessories give that childish style I love.

It's never easy to say farewell to a friend but it's always better taking advantage of the situation and organise a party in his name. Since I had no free time, I went to H&M to improvise the outfit. Necessary condition: to be comfy!

Para looks 7x24 necesito partir de un básico y jugar con los complementos. Además este collar aporta frescura sin la informalidad intrínseca de los complementos de mercadillo playero. Porque dejar la costa no implica olvidar su espíritu.

For 7x24 outfits I need to star with a basic and play with accessories. Moreover this necklace gives freshness without the intrinsic informality of the beach market accessories. Because leaving the shore doesn't imply forgetting its spirit.

¡Decidido! Este vestido se acaba de convertir en un must de la temporada otoño-invierno que acabamos de empezar. Y combinado con mocasines y pañuelo me recuerda al estilo college (uno de mis favoritos). Suerte que no es necesario volver al colegio para lucirlo ;)

Settled! This dress has become a must of the fall-winter season we've just begun. And combined with loafers and scarf reminds me to the college style (one of my favourites). Fortunately there's no need to go back to school to wear it ;)

Se terminan las vacaciones y el tiempo para buscar piso. Comienzan los plazos de matrículas y los nuevos objetivos. Todo parece indicar que tenemos que decir adiós al sol y pensar en guardar la temporada pasada...pero fue una falsa alarma. Todavía nos quedan las últimas tardes de verano.

Vacations and time to look for an apartment are over. Registration and new objectives begin. Everything seems to point out that we should say bye-bye to the sun and star packing last season clothes...but it was a false alarm. We have the last summer evenings, yet.

Recién llegada de la fiesta de la moda y puedo afirmar que fue un éxito total. Las calles y las tiendas se convirtieron en un hervidero de estilo e inspiración. Lo mejor fue la  música en directo, los combinados y la moda, ¡mucha moda! Qué pena que no diera tiempo a más...

Just arrived from the fashion party and I can say it was a real success. Streets and shops turned out to be a source of style and inspiration. The best was the live music, cocktails and fashion, lots of fashion! It was a shame I couldn't go to more places...

No es que sea una enamorada del campo pero admito que me sentó genial desconectar de la ciudad por un rato. Y probar algunas delicias de la zona, mmm...Además fue la excusa perfecta para volver a ponerme estas botas: las adoro.

I'm not a countryside fan but I admit that it was great to server all ties with the city for a while. And try some delis from the zone, mmm...Moreover it was the perfect excuse for wearing this boots again: I love them.
